Being the 2025 Viktor Frankl Awardee for the Africa region is truly an honour. ‘ human dignity’
were words that I heard for the first time when I was 14 from friends who were already members
of the World Youth Alliance, after completing the CTP Upholding human dignity became a
permanent part of my ‘to do list’. Receiving an award for upholding human dignity showed me
that the work you do doesn’t go unnoticed and it was a reminder that upholding human dignity is
not an occupation but rather a way of life, that doesn’t have an end date.
